Know the daily diet plan of your favourite stars

Film stars just do not make themselves fit only on the back of exercise, they also take care of their eating – drinking habits. Often this question comes in your mind that what our bollywood stars eat and drink.

We are going to tell you about the diet of them: 

Salman Khan: Chicken, egg and fish are there in the lunchbox of Salman. Salman stay away from sugar and processed foods. For carbohydrates he eat cereals and salads in large quantity. Salman Khan maintain a balance between work out and diet for his fitness.

Ranbir Kapoor: Ranbir prefer home-cooked food. He takes egg whites and vegetable juice of different veggies daily in the breakfast. Ranbir generally prefer Indian food. In daily routine he eat dal, roti, vegetables and a bowl of yogurt.

Hrithik Roshan: Hrithik always take care of that his food is not oily and fried. He prefer to eat fresh fruits and vegetables and whole day six – seven times to eat. In his preference sweet potato, brown rice and chicken are on top. He drink a lots of water.

Ranveer Singh: In his lunchbox a loaf of bread with a bowl of vegetables and sprouts (sprouted pulses occur). He also eat lean meat contains 90 grams.

John Abraham: John is very fond of eating snacks, but he take care of eating healthy snacks. He eat roti, daal soup or daal with boiled spinach. John’s breakfast is tremendous. A large glass of fresh juice at breakfast, six egg whites, butter toast and ten almonds are the things he eats in his breakfast.

Deepika Padukone: Deepika likes egg whites, plain dosa or upma or idli with mint chutney in breakfast. In lunch she eats dal, chapati, vegetable, salad and raita.

Priyanka Chopra: Priyanka likes to eat home cooked food. She is full Punjabi foodie. Pepperoni pizza or parantha, Priyanka do not give up any chance to eat them. In her daily diet she eats roti, vegetable,daal, soup, salad, rice and eat lots of fruit.

Katrina Kaif: With slim physique, the actress likes salad with daal and brown rice. Healthy drinks like fresh juice at lunch, she always prefer fresh fruit juice, so she can keep herself energized throughout the day.

Sonakshi Sinha: Sonakshi eat every three hours. In her lunchbox homemade roti, vegetable and salad can be seen. Sonakshi like protein food such as daal, chicken, egg whites.

Bipasha Basu: Bips prefer to eat egg, mushrooms, toast and oatmeal in the breakfast. She eats Green vegetables, daal, grilled chicken or fish, green salad and bread in the lunch.
